FACILITY MANAGER BARTENDER
Job Description: X-Golf is rapidly expanding and we are looking for part time and full time Bartender/Facility Managers effective immediately. Associates will be responsible for serving food and drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) as well as general oversight of the golf simulators, facility, golf leagues and overall customer satisfaction.
Education / Experience : High school graduation or equivalent
Qualifications: * Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility * Basic knowledge of golf is helpful Benefits: * Golf for free at designated times

TEACHING PROFESSIONAL
Job Description: Head PGA Pro / Assistant Store Manager oversees all store operations and leads direction on X-Golf Glenview’s lesson and club fitting executions
Responsibilities include: Management of staff and day to day operations at the facility. Golf lesson sales, teaching and development as well as oversight of year around golf leagues. Management and collaboration regarding the golf shop for club fitting and retail sales. Additional responsibilities overseeing facility and bar depending on availability.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
➢ Management of store and employees including, but not limited to, employee scheduling, staff oversight and food & beverage inventory
➢ Development and management of lessons, academy’s and group training events.
➢ Collaborates on Golf Shop merchandise inventory in relation to club fitting. Implements special order programs including custom club fitting and demo days.
➢ Ability to build loyal clients through proven results
➢ Selling techniques – master of the up sell with lesson packages, club fitting and training package sales
Qualifications:
* RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
➢ Demonstrated leadership including experience coaching and developing direct reports.
➢ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Teaching Professional
➢ Proven record of providing superior member/guest service and staff training and development
➢ Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
➢ Sales experience preferred
➢ Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
